This 1 day workshop will help you understand everyone's H&S responsibilities and support good practice. We focus on the duties and obligations of employer representatives and how facilitate and benefit from worker engagement, participation and representation. We include an introduction to elements of hazard management and H&S investigations. You'll collaborate with others on series of questions and case studies. This course is identical to the WorksafeReps H&S for Managers, Supervisors and Team Leaders course. Our course content and tools are compatible with our HSR training to make it easier for leaders and HSRs to work together. HSRs who already hold US29315 are welcome to attend. While some of the course will serve as a refresher, you will gain additional information (e.g., investigation methods) and get a chance to learn how non-HSRs manage their H&S obligations/roles.
