I provide support and guidance in a safe space, helping you navigate challenges, maintain wellbeing and keep moving forward. I'm your confidential external support, and you control the agenda. Most of my supervision clients work in education, advocacy or leadership roles in member-led or purpose-driven organisations. We can explore your practice and expectations across anything you associate with your working life. If we come across areas outside of my scope of practice, I'll support you to find a more appropriate source. My ultimate goal is always to help you build your skills, understanding and confidence.
