Cancellation Policy 

Easy self-management process:

  • Sign in to manage your booking right up to the start time

  • anyone can send me a message to cancel your session 

  • I send an .ical file, email reminders, and you can txt me.  

I trust you to decide if you're ok to join our session. 

'No shows':
If I don't hear from you or you don't show up within 5 minutes of our start time, I'll txt and/or email you to check you're ok. I'll usually leave the call if you haven't arrived within 10 minutes, unless we've agreed otherwise.

Repeated short-notice cancellations or 'no shows':
We'll talk about it and make a better plan.

I'll only cancel a session if

  • I am too unwell to deliver a quality service

  • my internet access fails
  • major flood/fire/quake/emergency in/near my home (Kapiti)
     

​In the unlikely event that I need to cancel a session, you'll be notified as soon as possible (by txt/email/message) and I'll offer alternatives as soon as I'm back online.
