You don't need a reason or clear idea of what sort of support you'd like. We'll talk it through (confidentially) in our first session and see where you want to go from there.

  • defining what healthy and safe work means for you

  • functional support for trained health and safety representatives  

  • finding relevant and credible tools and resources

  • returning to work after a long absence 

  • using technology tools to boost your organising and educating practice 

  • refreshers on frameworks & tools (e.g., hierarchy of controls, 5W1H, PESTLE, fishbone/ishikawa)

  • limitations of risk matrixes or the 'swiss cheese' model, and the role of data 

  • activating flexible work and reasonable accommodation 

  • developing effective worker engagement / organising plans (for H&S issues and beyond)

  • mapping the relationship between H&S and collective bargaining/industrial relations

If you're keen on ongoing mentoring or supervision, we'll develop a shared contractual arrangement to make sure our sessions are always beneficial to you.
