Understand everyone's H&S responsibilities and support good practice. We focus on the duties and obligations of employer representatives, and how to support everyone to make work healthier, safer and better. You'll collaborate with others to explore a series of questions and case studies. There's plenty of opportunity to learn from others and explore the benefits of worker engagement, participation and representation. The content and tools shared in this leaders' workshops are compatible with what HSRs learn in their own (2-day) initial training. We also introduce good incident investigation methodology. This workshop is the WorksafeReps "H&S for Managers, Supervisors and Team Leaders" course. You don't have to be a line manager to attend. HSRs who already hold US29315 are very welcome. While some of the course will serve as a refresher, you will also gain additional information (e.g., investigation methods) and perspectives.
